Saludito lets a group sign one digital greeting card together. We collect only what the card needs to work: the card you create, the signatures people add, and (if you use it) a photo you choose to turn into cover art. We don’t sell your data, we don’t use advertising trackers, and signing never requires an account.
This policy explains what information Saludito (“we,” “us,” the “App”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers both the iOS app used to create cards and the web page used to sign them. The App is provided by Cupofcoffeesoftware.
When you create a card, we store the details you enter: the occasion, the recipient’s name, an optional title and message, the chosen template, and a signing deadline. This is saved to our backend (Google Firebase) so signers can open and add to the same card.
When someone signs a card, we store the display name and message they type, and whether they signed from the app or the web. Signers are not asked to create an account or provide an email, phone number, or any contact detail. By design, everyone who has the card link can see the signatures on that card — that is the point of a group card.
Saludito can generate a card cover using AI. If you choose this feature and upload a photo, that photo is sent to Google’s Gemini AI service (via Firebase AI Logic) solely to generate the cover image. We do not store the photo you upload. Only the resulting generated image is saved, as part of your card. Your use of this feature is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. Do not upload photos you don’t have permission to use.
Unlocking a card to send or print it is an in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple. Apple handles your payment; we never see or store your credit card or payment details. We keep a simple record that a purchase happened — the card it applied to, the amount, and Apple’s transaction identifier — to grant the unlock and keep our own receipts.
If someone reports a card or signature as inappropriate, we store the report (the card involved and the reason given) so we can review and act on it.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.
Cards and signatures are kept until you delete them. As the organizer, you can delete individual signatures or an entire card from the app at any time; deleting a card removes its signatures. To request deletion of any remaining data associated with you, contact us at the address below.
We use industry-standard measures provided by Google Firebase, including encryption in transit and server-side access rules that limit who can read or change a card. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Saludito is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our infrastructure providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. By using the App you understand your information may be processed in these locations.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, within the App.
