Common questions

Someone says the signing link doesn't work.

Check whether the card is still open — a card that hit its deadline, or that you closed manually, stops accepting new signatures. Reopening isn't possible once a card is delivered, but you can start a fresh card and share the new link.

I sent the link but nobody's signing.

Signers don't need the app or an account, so there's nothing for them to install. If people are stuck, the most common cause is a link that got mangled by a chat app — copy it again from Share signing link in the app and paste it as plain text.

The signature count looks wrong.

The count updates live and reflects signatures actually saved to the card. If it's lower than you expect, open Manage signatures to see the full list — someone may have opened the link without finishing.

I need to remove a signature.

Open the card, tap Manage signatures, and delete the one you want gone. Do it before you deliver the card.

How do I print the card?

From the card, choose Save as PDF. The file is laid out to fold at home on standard letter or A4 — print it single-sided or double-sided as your printer allows, then fold along the guides. Print quality depends on your own printer and paper.

I paid but the card is still locked.

Purchases are handled by Apple. Try Restore Purchases in the app first. If that doesn't clear it, email us with the date of purchase and we'll sort it out.

How do I report something inappropriate on a card?

Every signing page has a "Report inappropriate content" option at the bottom — you can flag a single signature or the whole card. Reports come straight to us.

How do I delete a card?

Open the card and choose Delete. This removes the card and all of its signatures, and the signing link stops working immediately.
